Promoted Week 2 from Regional A to Scholastic C following the Mascoutah Festival
The Fort Zumwalt North Junior Varsity Winter Guard’s 2016 program is entitled, “Will You Still Love Me?” and is performed to the music of Lana Del Rey. FZN’s Junior Varsity program was established in 2013 due to the growth of the program. The 19 members start the program with a movement feature expressing love and beauty in youth and ends with a powerful flag feature that answers the question of love no matter age or beauty. The Junior Varsity has 16 freshmen members and 3 sophomore members.
The unit is under the direction of Katie Myers with additional assistance from Megan Peters, Angela Haugejordan, Rob Babel, and Delilah Miller. The show was designed by Andy Mroczek and John Miller. You can next see the Fort Zumwalt North Junior Varsity perform at the Edwardsville show on February 20th and at the WGI St. Louis regional on March 5th.
