Promoted Week 2 from Scholastic B to Scholastic A following the Mascoutah Festival
The Fort Zumwalt North Varsity Winter Guard’s 2016 program is entitled, “Deceived” and is performed to the music of Kate Havnevik. This year’s cast is represented by 7 seniors, 4 juniors, 4 sophomores, and 3 freshmen.
Have you ever been cheated on? Lied to by someone that you loved? Is that spark just gone? FZN Varsity takes you on the journey of going through one of the hardest times in anyone’s life… A breakup. Starting with a movement feature designed to portray the first stages of the breakup and ending with the two sides pushing away from each other representing the journey to move on to a new partner.
Fort Zumwalt North Varsity was a WGI regional finalist in Nashville and St. Louis and a Silver Medalist in Scholastic B at MCCGA Championships in 2015. The members and staff are excited to travel to Dayton Ohio this year to compete in World Championships in April for the first time! The staff would also like to thank all of our supporters, administration, and parents that make it happen for FZN. #wintheday
