With the retirement of Tom Barcroft at the end of the 2025 season we have a need for photographer(s) to cover the St Louis side of the circuit in 2026.
We would like to continue to provide the level of photography across the circuit that all members have become accustomed to; including ability to offer full gallery downloads in full season format (coordinated across existing circuit photographers) as well as individual downloadable files and prints.
Circuit Photographers
Circuit photographers receive no compensation from MCCGA. This is a voluntary position which allows you to sell your images publicly for the circuit events you are scheduled to photograph. All travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the photographer. You will receive a credential for yourself and one assistant that grants entry into the venue for each circuit show. Please note your MCCGA credential does NOT grant access to WGI Regionals. We mirror and support the following WGI and MCCGA policies:
Cooperative Pricing
Our circuit values photography greatly! Over the last 15 years our photographers have provided consistent pricing across the entire circuit that is in line with action photos across the majority of circuits across the country. Additionally, we created and streamlined the “Full Season Option” to provide for discounted photo costs as a “give back” to the circuit for allowing official photography services at circuit events.
Full Season Discounted Purchases
Units have the ability to pre-order their entire season of circuit action photos up to the date of the first circuit event (January 31 this year). Because units travel across our broad 3 state area this requires cooperation between photographers to simplify the process for the unit directors. Units that pre-order their full season will have watermark free and downloadable galleries at time of publish. This is the only time full galleries are discounted, and only when full season is purchased. If a unit does not pre-order their full season – individual events can still be purchased one by one at a higher price. We have established common pricing of $25 per unit per regular season show for full season purchases only and $50 per unit, per regular season show for individual gallery purchases. Championships gallery pricing is $100 per unit and may be added to the full season discount package for $50. All units are photographed regardless of purchase and images archived on the photographer’s website, which is then linked to the MCCGA website for ease of access.

- Individual Image Downloads $5/$13/$25 (low/medium/high resolution)
- Full Gallery Download $50/$100 (regular season/championships)
- Standard Size Prints $6/$8/$10 (4×6/5×7/8×10)
- Additional sizes/formats may be offered but we respectfully request these remain the minimum established image prices.
- Circuit photographers may determine prior to the start of each season if changes need to be made to the recommended minimum pricing. (September)
Publishing Standards
- MCCGA Photographers are expected to publish the entirety of each event within 5 days following each event. Pre-ordered units should always be prioritized for earliest publishing, typically within 3 days or less.
- Your images are published to and stored on your personal website, which will then be linked to the MCCGA website to provide the simplest access for customers.
- MCCGA may request any individual images at any time to be featured on the MCCGA website and socials at no cost. Photographer will always be credited when your images are used for circuit purposes.
