Important Notes and Next Steps

Check Your Submitted Registration: You will receive an email confirmation with your complete details shortly after submitting your form. If you do not receive the confirmation in your email within a few minutes – it may have been filtered into your spam folders. It will come from webmaster@mccga.org. If you still can’t find it – click on the green button or the menu link for 2026 Membership to see if your registration is listed.

Form Submission Oopsies: If you notice you’ve made a big ‘ol typo in your unit name, or your own name, or any part of your registration – please don’t re-submit. Instead – send an email to the webmaster (webmaster@mccga.org – Belinda) to make the corrections. Duplicates complicate things unnecessarily! As a reminder – your webmaster is in the middle of marching band season like all of you are so responses may take a few hours longer than usual. If you don’t have a response within 24 hours – send a followup!

Paying Your Registration: Invoices are not generated automatically due to the many different ways schools with multiple units need to receive their accurate totals. If you are used to paying at the immediate time of registration every year – awesome! The online payment page is the same as always and is linked to both your confirmation and at the bottom of the website. If you need a generated invoice – you may email Maxine (treasurer@mccga.com) or wait a few days when she will email an invoice to you. Either way – please understand that many, many groups register on the first day and a response to your email will not be immediate. Be patient and if you don’t hear back within 24 hours – send a follow up. Email responses will almost always happen after 5pm.

Director Logins: If you are a new director and do not have an MCCGA website login yet – you’ll receive it within 24-72 hours of your registration. Don’t panic if you can’t access the Director page immediately upon registration. There is nothing of a critical nature there at this time. Your #1 best resource as a director is the MCCGA Education group on Facebook so if you have not joined there as a director, be sure to do so. The Education Group is a monitored and moderated, approval-only private group.
