  • Unit Fact & Declaration Form

    Complete this form no later than 48 hours prior to the festival. Form must be received before your unit will be allowed to perform. You do not need to re-submit the form for every festival unless there are changes.

    Please welcome from (location) the (name of unit)
  • city, state

  • ANNOUNCER

    T&P Judge will cue the announcer to read the following: "Performing their program: (title), MCCGA is proud to present the (name of unit)"

  • Exit Announcement

    Announcer repeats unit name, location, and adds the following:
  • "They performed to the music of"
  • "The unit is directed by"
  • "with additional assistance from (list additional staff members)"
  • Number of performing members (for T&P Judge use only)
