Promotions: 901 Performance Ensemble from Missouri State

Promoted to Independent A following the Feb. 20 Nixa Festival.

After 10 years in hiatus, 901 Performance Ensemble from Missouri State has returned to MCCGA with their rendition of Peter Hollen’s version of Hallelujah.  Dressed in purple velvet costumes with gold accent and performing on a stain-glass inspired lilac and cream floor, this 11-member ensemble performs through dance, flag, and rifle.

901 Performance Ensemble from Missouri State began their season in Independent Regional A and was recently promoted to Independent A.  Their MCCGA performances include festivals at Ozark, Nixa, Kickapoo, and MCCGA Championships.  The performers in 901 are full-time students at Missouri State University, are members of the 300-member PRIDE Marching Band, and are part of the Missouri State Winter Guards that also include National Avenue and The Pride of Missouri State.
